FAQ
Do you design all this yourself?
Yes! Everything you see here is created by Larissa Waters, artist/owner of re:mused studio. The majority of the work is started by hand as an illustration or painted motif before it becomes a product.
Where are your products made?
Almost all of our goods are made and printed in the USA. Our greeting cards, gift wrap, gift bags and notepads are printed in California, keeping transportation to our SF studio at a minimum and reducing turnaround time. Our tea towel fabrics are made in Turkey and printed in the USA. Washi tape is currently our only exception as fully imported. Our custom tissue and packing tape is also from a manufacturer who sources abroad, but the tradeoff is that it is all compostable, recyclable, FSC certified and printed with soy based inks with sent with carbon-offset shipping.
Why double-sided gift wrap?
A) I can never decide on just one pattern!
B) It allows for more flexibilty depending on the gift and the recipient.
C) They're designed to coordinate together for fun mix and match opporutnities.
D) There are tons of fun ways to fold and wrap your gifts to show both patterns.
E) Possibilities beyond wrapping gifts! Paper chains, paper ornaments, envelopes, book covers, shelf liners, picture frame mattes... just to name a few.

Shipping questions
What's the turnaround time?
We're a small one-woman business (even though we speak in 3rd person sometimes). But generally your order will ship out in 1-2 business days. If there's an issue or delay, you'll receive and email with any necessary info.
How is it packaged?
We try to keep things as minimal as possible, while still protecting your order. We reuse as much of our shipping supplies as possible to reduce waste, so you may see some bubble wrap or a reused box from time-to-time. Our packing tape is recyclable, compostable and FSC certified and we do our best to order our supplies from companies that align with our brand values.
Returns questions
Do you take returns?
If an item arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us and we'll do what we can to get it replaced as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee what happens once it leaves the studio, if there's any issues, just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If an item isn't quite what you wanted, you may contact us for a return, but will be responsible for shipping and a potential restocking fee, depending on the size of the order.
Honestly, we've never had a return, so if something else comes up, we'll add it here.
